These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the INMIN mobile application, website, and related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform").
By registering, accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Eligibility
Users accessing the Platform must:

- Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

INMIN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms.

INMIN provides a technology platform facilitating the purchase and delivery of products and services including but not limited to:
- Grocery Products
- Food and Beverages
- Milk and Dairy Products
- Electronics
- Fashion and Lifestyle Products
- Pharmacy and Healthcare Products
- Hyperlocal Services
- Quick Commerce Deliveries
- Additional services introduced in the future
Availability of services may vary by location.
4. User Account
To access certain services, users may be required to create an account.
Users agree to:
- Provide true and accurate information.
- Keep account information updated.
- Protect login credentials.
- Accept responsibility for activities conducted through their account.
INMIN shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.
5. Orders
All orders placed through the Platform are subject to:

- Store acceptance
- Serviceability of delivery location
- Verification checks where required
Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment if circumstances beyond our control prevent completion.
INMIN reserves the right to cancel any order for operational, legal, security, pricing, inventory, or fraud-prevention reasons.

- Wallets
- Other approved payment methods
Users agree to provide valid payment information and authorize payment processing for completed orders.
Failed transactions may result in delayed order processing or cancellation.

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

Users must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
9. Cancellations
Order cancellation eligibility depends on:

Once an order enters processing, preparation, packing, dispatch, or delivery stages, cancellation may not be possible.
Specific cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

- Interfere with platform operations.
- Upload malicious code or harmful content.
- Misuse promotions, rewards, or referral programs.
Violation may result in account suspension, termination, legal action, or restriction of services.
12. Promotions and Offers
INMIN may periodically provide:
- Discounts
- Coupons
- Cashback Offers
- Referral Benefits
- Reward Programs
Promotions:
- May be modified or withdrawn without notice.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
- May be subject to additional terms and eligibility criteria.
Any misuse of promotional benefits may result in cancellation and account action.
13. Wallet and Rewards
Where available:
- Wallet balances, credits, cashback, and rewards may be governed by separate policies.
- Promotional credits may carry validity periods.
- Expired promotional credits may not be restored.
- Rewards may be revoked in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
Wallet balances may not be transferable unless expressly permitted.

Product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability are provided by merchants, manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers.
While INMIN strives for accuracy:
- Product images may differ from actual products.
- Packaging may vary.
- Specifications may change without notice.
Users should verify critical information before purchase.
15. Pharmacy Products
Where pharmacy services are available:
- Certain products may require valid prescriptions.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate prescription information.
- INMIN reserves the right to reject orders lacking required documentation.
Pharmacy products may be subject to additional legal and regulatory requirements.
16. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Platform, including:
- Logos
- Trademarks
- Software
- Graphics
- Designs
- Text
- Images
are owned by or licensed to INMIN and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INMIN shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Delays caused by third parties
- Service interruptions beyond reasonable control
The Platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
18. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless INMIN, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of the Platform
- Violation of applicable laws
- Infringement of third-party rights
19. Suspension and Termination
INMIN may suspend, restrict, or terminate access without prior notice if:
- Fraudulent activity is detected.
- Legal violations occur.
- Abuse of services is identified.
- Security risks are present.
- Platform integrity is threatened.
Termination shall not affect accrued rights or obligations.
20. Force Majeure
INMIN shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Epidemics
- Government restrictions
- Internet outages
- Labor disputes
- Transportation disruptions
- War or civil disturbances
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of INMIN Quick Commerce Private Limited.
22. Changes to Terms
INMIN reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Updated versions shall be published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
