Delete Your Account
Users who wish to permanently delete their INMIN account may request account deletion by emailing our support team.
Account Deletion Instructions
Please send an email to support@inmin.shop containing the following details:
- Name
- Registered Phone Number
- Registered Email
Subject line: Account Deletion Request
* Note: We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.
What happens when your account is deleted?
After verification, the following details will be permanently removed from our databases:
- Profile data: Your user profile records, username, and authentication logs.
- Saved addresses: Delivery coordinates, home/office addresses, and location history.
- Preferences: Customized settings, notification preferences, and saved items.
Data Retention Disclaimer: Some information such as order history, transaction records, and legal compliance records may be retained as required by law or regulatory compliance rules.
