Users who wish to permanently delete their INMIN account may request account deletion by emailing our support team.

Account Deletion Instructions

Please send an email to support@inmin.shop containing the following details:

  • Name
  • Registered Phone Number
  • Registered Email

* Note: We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.

What happens when your account is deleted?

After verification, the following details will be permanently removed from our databases:

  • Profile data: Your user profile records, username, and authentication logs.
  • Saved addresses: Delivery coordinates, home/office addresses, and location history.
  • Preferences: Customized settings, notification preferences, and saved items.
